Thanks for this tip. If this is possible it seems like it should also be possible to sort columns of data in NotePad ++, and separate data by specified values as with Excel’s Text to Column tool. I have tried to figure out how to do this, but have failed. Do you happen to know how to go about it?
Hey Sean – I googled for the solution and played around with a csv file. I figured out how to align the columns by the comma delimiter and then select a column and sort on it.
